Medical Report, IMM5419, Section C, Question 13 (Family History)

Greetings to all members!  My eCAS status is now "IN PROCESS" [previously updated Admins] and yesterday i had a look at the DMP Handbook to get a better idea of what to expect from the medical.

I do not see any issues with the Principal Applicant, Spouse & dependants.  However, Question 13 seems to refer to "family" history. 

Question:
1.   Does "family" refer to immediate relative of applicants [ie brother, sister, who else ?]

2.   If either PA or spouse has such relative with serious illness, eg kidney failure, would it severely impact on the PR applicant, even though ALL applicants themselves are fine??

Any experience/knowledge on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
