Hi ,
I had applied for P.r under sinp at 15th Feb 2011 , I received my medical request on Aug 25 and I did my medical on 15th sept ,still Under E-Cas it only shows application received on Feb 15th till todays date , I confirm from my medical center that they sent to Ottawa on 28th sept and it is delivered at 3rd Oct to Ottawa.
When I enquired from buffalo through mail they replied me ,Your application is in process. No further action is required by you at this time, as your file is processing from outside Canada (buffalo)e-Cas will not show you any updates. please not use even for the change of address.

Now what should I understand and according to your knowledge guys what do you think when I will get my passport request.
Please do reply.
Thanks

This is what I would personally do:

E-mail them to thank them for replying your email. In that thank you email, attach a medical receipt of your check-up as well as the tracking number provided by your DMP. Say in that email that since there is no confirmation on my side whether medical results have been received and not lost, I've attached the necessary supporting documents for your reference.

In the future, if (this is a very big IF) they lost your medical result, at least they have that "trail" where you did your medical and you would not be in a difficult situation.

This is the best course of action you can do at this point.

In terms of when you will get your PPR, since you've submitted your application February 2011 then I expect no later than March 2012 next year for your PPR.
