Hi all,

I have some questions and I am hoping someone could help me out with this. I read on another thread that if the medical is done in Canada, it could be extended if expired, does anyone know if this is true or where I could find out some information on that? Also, if my spouse has a multiple entry visa to Canada, but we are currently in his home country for the next few months before we submit his application, where would you suggest getting the medical done, in Canada or Mexico? We are applying outland, to Mexico

Finally, could someone please let me know the cost of getting a medical done in Canada, generally speaking.

Thank you.

Spousal Inland application medicals have been extended in the past, spousal outland application medicals are not usually extended.

FWIW Inland / Outland are not about where a person is physically.

So, if you are applying "outland" and have your medical performed in Canada, it is unlikely that your medical would be extended.

Costs - do a search of the forum, there are lots of posts.

I paid 250. Basically blood, urine, and X-ray analysis. Some people say they were getting full physicals but I guess its up to the doctor.
