Hello,
I was just wondering what the medical procedure is? Blood test only or x-ray as well?

I had blood taken for tests, a chest x-ray, was weighed and my height measured and the doctor did a quick physical (he palpated my abdomen, that kind of thing) and asked some general questions.  There was a form that asked about any medical procedures I had had, and medication I took and any severe/chronic illnesses I had been diagnosed with.

My experience was the same as CharlieD10.  They also do a urinalysis.

IMM 3999:
The medical examination is defined as any or all of the following:
•Complete physical examination for all family members;
•Chest X-ray and a radiologist's report for everyone aged 11 years and older;
•Urinalysis for everyone aged 5 years and older;
•Blood test for everyone aged 15 years and older;
•HIV testing for everyone aged 15 years and older and
•HIV testing for children who have received blood or blood products or who have a known HIV mother

Blood test, urine test, x-ray, and a very general exam - and then the doctor will question you about your health.
The doctor who did my husband's exam: had him strip to his underwear, then she asked him if he had ever had any mental health problems, asthma, or eye problems. Then she tested his eyes with an eye chart, and listened to his heart. She checked his height, but not his weight.

Oh yes, forgot about the urinalysis.  That too.
