I want to ask two questions from distinguished members of this forum regarding immigration to Canada:

1. If the PA is diagnosed with 'Hypothyroidism';does it qualify for "putting excessive demand on Canadian healthcare"?
2. If an immigration appication is pending, what is the feasibilty of a PA seeking to enter Canada on a student visa. Will either of the applicatins be rejected?

Senior members please answer. Thanks in advance.

1.  It's a judgement call.  If it's under control with meds, I don't think it would be a problem.
2.  If you applied for a study visa while immigration was pending, the study visa would be denied.
