My dad has Suger and hart problem. do you think it will be a issue in medical ?

It could be.  It depends if he has diabetes and how severe his heart problem is.  If his health conditions would cost more that the Government spends on health care for the average Canadian, ($6141.00) over a 5 year period.  Then he could be refused on "excessive demand to health care services"
