but this matter got nothing to do with the delay in our cases.
i believe it is just a simple mathematics.
chc-nd receives mor than 30% of total applications. means out of 10000 aound 3000 indian applied under MI 3.
Per application an average of 2.5 visas.
3000*2.5= 7500
Total quota for chc-nd is 8000
So we r left with 8000-7500=500.
This back log cannot be cleared untill or unless, cic put a per country cap with respect to backlog they r having, indians are too eager to go to canada
or
increase the visa quota for india

waiting for ur comments
