Great.  Then it's fine. It's good that they are now considering your case as a standalone one and you are not sailing in two boats. It would have been bad if they would have selected you in BOTH MI-1 and MI-3 groups, as in that case, they might not have refunded your one application's money. Don't think that your second application was a waste. Take it in a brighter spirit and think that you have got your money back. (Also, as the dollar exchange rate has changed, you've earned some interest on your money too).  |

guys,
looks like CHC ND has exhausted the visa quota for this year. could be a possibility that they may again start with medicals for MI1 in the last quarter of 2012 ( oct, nov, dec ) and finally give the stamps till 2nd quarter of 2013. it means that their"LETTER" is falling in place that "PROCESSING WILL START IN 2012 BUT FINALIZATION WILL NOT OCCUR UNTIL END OF 2012 OR IN 2013.
however i feel that 25-30% of applicants will get their visa stamps by end of this year. rest of us will have to wait till 2013, unless some miracle happens.
correct me if i am wrong.
I may be wrong but criteria of sending medicals seem to be adaptability factor,people with higher IELTS scores got their MRs earlier while others are still in line Any Comments |

Hi,
I got the same answer from my consultant saying that they are receiving medicals for the Feb.2010 now, and it will take another month or two to receive my medicals.
wait continues.....

May application was in feb-2010 even though i haven't received MR yet. and my consultant say they are not receiving MR. My consultant is winny immigration services pvt ltd.(CSIC Member, Ahmedabad, Gujarat) who is yours? is he CSIC member? |

For the last fortnight i have been trying to make payment to Lawpoint.ca for Caips order. i opened new account in HDFC Bank and got International Debit cum Shopping card but it didnt yielded any fruits. even tried via my friends Slp Prvileage Platinum CREDIT Card, but every attempt ended in a fiasco. my be the visafile.info site is working correctly or may be paypal guest login doesnt work.
if any one of you have applied for caips thru lawpoint.ca via debit/credit card online payment, pls help me. Give me your A/C No. i will deposit the amount in indian rs and payment to Lawpoint.ca can be made via ur card.

Hi Jassa007, myself and couple of other forum members faced the same problem and the solution for the same is that you try using ICICI bank debit card , it worked for me. I used my friends card for the payment too. Hope that helps...... Cheers |

Not sure Sir jee ! whether they will bother to reply it as we are like foster children of CIC. Generally they say to revert in 28 days if your query worth replying . |

guys i just want to say dont think u get MR nd u ll win, even after MR,RPRF,PP submission its vey tough way , still we r feeling like same after all that process, hum rulte firte koi baat na pooshta...., even i was feeling better be4 MR, life was not on track but i was on a way, now i feel like a man without any aim , any plan , just eyes on ecas , nd postman all the day |
