There is No condition to Join spreadsheet, only if anyone got MR from NDVO can join...doesn't matter if u are a MI1,MI2 or MI3 applicantrabb rakha to all babbu I think this thread is for pre june medicals only..

Yeh hoga woh hoga sochte thak gaye...... NDVO is not sending MRs since July 1st so that our mind started to thinking nagetive where it shold be +ve.
