medical instructions -it's still in process

Hello,

I am currently under inland sponsorship and today I checked on E-cas the following message:

" We sent you medical instructions on XXX. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

I already sent my medical exams before sending the files to Vegreville. What does that mean? It's still shows " in process"

IMHO it appears that a problem came up in the medical and you will receive a sealed letter to take to the DMP that did the exam.

Hello,

I got a letter today with my extension visa saying that I must undergo in medical examination within 90 days. I called the CIC and they
told me that was a mistake and I should ignore the letter, apparently the medical exam was not on the system when they sent me the letter, during this week they could find it and everything is ok.

Yep...I know, they said they would update the E-cas page next week with this information...
if next week it doesn't appear " Medicals received" I'll call them again.

Do you know when they update the E-cas?

Usually mondays or tuesdays.. alot of people get updates on the monday but on the website it says tuesdays :)

Hello guys,

Today I got another letter with the IMM1017 form attached saying " This refers to your application for visitor record" telling that I should complete medical examination. I did the medicals on March for the PR.
I called CIC again and the agent told me that I shouldn't worry because now they see my medicals done on the system.
My questions are:
1. Will they update the E-cas with this information like " Medicals Received"? when?
2. If they don't,  could this problem delay the sponsorship process? because on E-cas says that I should answer them asap
3. The letters says that all this refers to my visitor record, but somehow it shows on E-cas page with my client id for PR, how are they connected?
4. When the medical examination is verified? After sponsorship approval or before?
