Medical Instruction

Hi,

i'm completing my application under family class sponsorship, and we suppose to send the completed application to Missisauga case processing centre.

on the medical Instruction, there's question number 3 about Visa office that will be processing the file. which Office should I write? the office that is responsible for my country (indonesia) would be Singapore, should the medical result be sent to Singapore office or Toronto office?

can anyone help me?

If you are filing an out-land application and you have chosen to have your file processed in your home country (Indonesia) then put the Singapore office on the medical instructions.
