HI People who seek medical help in Canada would like to visit would they be considered as visitors or they have to be classified  in a different catagory, what documents would they  be required to be provide to Immigration Canada to be issued a visa

They should apply for a visit visa stating medical help as the reason for going.  If they have consulted with a doctor in Canada, provide a letter from the doctor.  They may have to prove that they have funds to support themselves while in Canada as well as the funds to pay for the medical help.
