What would be the impact on medical results of an immigrant, who is suffering from high blood pressure, and regularly taking medicines..........

Nothing to worry about. they are not interested in high blood pressure but diseases like hiv, etc that might constitute a problem to the health system in Canada. most of the applicants have high blood pressure or develop it because of the waiting time.
