Medical Expire..Now when our medical will come..?

Dear sir/Mam
                 My Doughter had sponsored to me and my depended son for canada . Our Medical had also done on 11 feb 2008. In november 2008 i sent all my son's school certificate (orignal)on the demand of ambesy. Now our medical has expired.we sent a mail to ambesy on 15 jan 2009 about this applictation..but they reply that your application is currently awaiting a review by a visa officer. At this point there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be informed accordingly I want to know about next step of ambesy. Plz tel me anyone now when our medical will come..? . I shall be verry thankful to all of u for this act of kindness...

if your medical is expired they will likely ask for a new one-but i would wait until they ask for it to get another one done so you do not have the same problem again.good luck
