medical exemption
«

I am sponsoring my spouse from Switzerland. I just submitted my application, but i am concerned because of the medical section. She has kidney disease. We saw a very good lawyer who confirmed that she is exempted from the medical criteria of excessive demand, but then I read on the internet that others have had trouble despite the exemption. Can anyone comment with either positive or negative experiances?
thanks
