medical exams/Appendix C question

There is a space on the Appendix C for the Visa off that will process the medical forms.  The Dr sends it to Buffalo.  But I am supposed to send everything to my sponsor in Canada and he has been told to send everything to Mississauga!  What should I put on the Appendix C for where the forms will be processed??  Buffalo or Mississauga?  I don't want them to go two separate places.

You should put Buffalo because that's where your case will be processed.  The doctor sends it elsewhere and Buffalo will request it when the time comes.  Your sponsor should send everything to Mississauga because that's where the sponsorship portion of the application is evaluated and then will be sent on to Buffalo if it's approved.

Hi guys!! anyone knows what can i do, because in my sponsorship package i did not send the medical exams, and the VO from Missisauga sent my documents already to Mexico for further processing.
Today my medical is done, so I dont know if i have to send them to Canada or here to Mexico because they gave me my aplicattion number already and the doctor told me it is so weird because medical is very important and they didnt notify me nothing yet!!

Send the copy to the office in Mexico, ensure your case file number is on the cover letter!
