Hi,
can anyone tell me, if i can do the medicals before receiving the instructions for medical from CIC?

can i do the medicals in outside USA & send to buffalo office ? if i do medicals outside USA, will the case transferred to that country where i did the medical ?

 Medicals have to be done after you receive the request from cic

The medical results are sent to Director RNH, CIC in Ottawa Ontario. It does not matter where you do it you can do it from Mars if you can find a CIC designated DMP over there.

I dont think they will transfer your case based on where u did ur medicals.

i'll be travelling to many places outside USA on projects. can i appear for interview if required, in USA or they will transfer the case to my country where i'm based at that time ? my address will keep changing depending on projects.. can i give my friend's address in USA for all the correspondence ?

You have to inform them about your change in address every time you move around. And it is upto CIC to decide where to conduct an interview if one is needed.

what if i dont inform them any change of address ? i'll keep my correspondence address as my friend's address...
