Need Help!!!
We received our medical examination request via email today but we cannot open the attach file because it was missing. did anyone know why i cannot open the file? anyone of you have the same problem? if so, how can we get the documents for our medical exam. can we call the cic hotline? or just email them as what the instruction tell us?

You have send periority email to CIC and told them your problem , or tell me its missing or its did not open. |

Do u have any adobe reader installed in ur pc?if u dont have that u wont b able to open adobe file Use Mozilla fire fox and download it and then open it with adobe reader/pdf reader |

i have adobe acrobat version 10.1.0. but i think they did not send the medical forms to my email. im just worried because we want to have our medical as soon as possible so that they can process our papers immediately.

If no attachement was included, do not waste time waiting for a reply. All DMPs have the same forms, so it's not a big deal. Print out the email(it should have your file number & address where medicals should be sent), take your passport, healthcard, 2 passport size photos and your work permit to the doctor. They will do your medicals and report it.

As far as I know we need the forms for us to set an appointment with the doctor for our medical. would the doctor entertain or accept us eventhough we dont have the forms? thanks

Yes, the DMP will do the exam. Many people on this forum have done medicals in advance. The attachement you are missing is just section A of the forms, which immigration would have filled out for you. At the doctor's office you can fill this out yourself and attach a picture. If you are still worried, wait for their reply and hope it's within 60 days.
