Hi ,
I received my medical exams  From Buffalo for my AINP h1b category.
then searched for a physician near by my place, who is enrolled in the website.

I have given the document that i received for Medical examination. IMM1017 ( WITH PHOTO ATTACHED AND STAMPED ON IT ).
The Dcotor's office  checked that document and gave it back to me . then they have given some documents to me and asked to fill those documents. I filled it

I asked tracking number of the particular Medical examination shipment.
As per that tracking number, it is in delivered status
delivered to OTTAWA, ONTARIO on April13th, 2011.

Guys , plz let me know if anything is not proper or do i need to contact any office to check further on this process.

Plz share if any toll-free  numbers with me .
