Medical examination for pregnant wife

Hi,

I'm applying to sponsor my wife, but the examination will be expired before the application is approved (it is valid for about 3 months now), my wife is pregnant, will the application be pending until she delivers and make the examination again?

If they ask her for a redo of her examination.. everything can be done except for the xray. That would be after she gives birth. Congratulations on the baby and good luck!
