Hi, drink 2-3 glasses for water before test....and stay calm.,,,thats it.

Remember to carry the paperwork as instructed in the request form which they have sent you.

Sleep early. My husband and I lacked sleep the night before our medical exam. My BP was high. And so many tests were required. *sigh*
