Medical exam result time

I am Romanian and I'm putting together all the papers for sponsorship and I just did the medical exam last week. They told me that everything is alright if they don't call me within 2 weeks. But what does that mean exactly?
Should I wait 2 weeks in case they call before I send all the papers to CPC in Missisauga? Or can I send them now, since they already gave me Copy 2 that I need? And if I need to wait more, then will someone contact me, saying I can proceed and then send the papers? I'm very confused. Please help if you can.

If they gave you the receipt, you can proceed now.  They mean that if they found anything that needs to be further investigated, they will contact you.  But you don't need to wait to send in the application.

They mean OK health-wise, not application-wise But I agree it's very easy to forget that getting Copy 2 isn't the only purpose of seeing a doctor
