Looking for advice again...

I may have asked a similar question in this regard before, but need to ask again as i am still unsure. Sorry   Embarrassed

I called the DMP in the state of Florida (where my husband will undergo his medical exam) and the receptionist who seemed to be very familiar with the process suggested that we submit our paperwork and wait for CIC to send the Appendix C form back to us before we book the appointment with them. I understand her reasoning - if the medical happens to expire before paperwork is finalized we would have to re-do...she confirmed that once we have the form from CIC she can get my husband an appointment within 2 weeks (or even faster with an appointment the next day if need be) and that once the results are back their office will send them back within 2 weeks of the completed appointment.

All of the document checklists indicate that we should submit it NOW so more of me wants to lean in that direction but i do understand the receptionists point at the DMP office. I also understand that by leaving it out now we could be risking a delay but at the same time could we not be risking a delay if the medical expires.

I hope someone can clarify my insecurities.

I reallyappreciate your time and help... we are so close to submitting our complete package...i need it to be perfect Smiley

Do it now and submit it with the application.  She is probably more familiar with economic class applicants who do their medical upon request from CIC.  Appendix C is included in the Region Specific Guide.  You fill it in and take it with you to the medical exam.
