Medical Exam - Help! :(

Hello, I am planning on being married to the love of my life (he's a Canadian citizen, I'm US) at the end of July, and a few days after that, sending all of our forms out. Am I supposed to have the medical exam done BEFORE we send out the forms?? I figured that would be after I recieved a letter... Thank you!

Medical and Police Certificates, FBI and all states where you have lived for 6 months or more since 18 are to be Included with the application.

Is it possible to take the medical exam in Canada? Or does it have to be in the US state I live in? Thank you!
