My husband did his medical in july and he received that copy 2 paper with his pic on it etc...I still didnt send the application so how do I make sure CIC gets the results? can they look them up by that reference number?? I heard that results will be sent to PAris? is that right? i am confused!

As far as i know, you MUST send in that Copy 2 Receipt with his photo on it.  Send the original.  Make a copy and keep it for your own records.

I cannot answer where the results are sent, because I am using Bogota, but yes, in our case they are sent to another office that isn't necessarily the office you are applying through.

Include the original copy 2 paper with your sponsorship application and send altogether to Mississauga (assuming you are applying outland).   The Designated Medical Practitioner (DMP) will send the relevant details and medical results to your Visa Office in Paris.  Once sponsorship is approved, Mississauga will send your application package to your Visa Office (Paris) and the results will be married up with your application pack.

The medical results and the application package don't necessarily go to the same visa office. Like for Damascus, the medical results are sent to Paris.
