My stepson is currently living with his dad in Colombia,  we live in Costa Rica.  Can my stepson take his medical exam in Colombia and we take ours in Costa Rica ?  Or will he have to travel to Costa Rica to take it with us ?   Does any body know what applies in this situation ?   Thanks.

He can have it in Columbia at any DMP there.

Thank you for your kind reply.   Does the visa office do this automatically , or do we have to ask them for permission ?

Hi

Thank you for your kind reply.   Does the visa office do this automatically , or do we have to ask them for permission ?

Since you are posting in the skilled worker, The CHC/CIC will send you medical requests for each member of the family.  You then send the form to the son, who has his medical in Columbia at a DMP.

Yes,

I believe it is the last stage of the whole process.  Once you get your medicals you are almost there.  Than you for your kind help.
