Guys would you tell me about medical exam for second time process, and where it goes for outland and in every steps how long will takes.

I assume you mean your first medical has expired and you need another one.

I don't know why would you go for second medical exam. Call to make an appointment with the doctor then send your receipt to Missaussaga if outland or Vegreville for inland. It will take about 1 month till the office processing get the result.

medical results go to the regional DMP, for some countries in the caribbean/latin america results go to Port of Spain-Trinidad & Tobago then they send it to CIC, im not sure if they send it to mississauga or to the embassy/consulate working on your case.
