so here s the topic again...
i called other medical centres in italy (my boyfriend is going to be in italy next week so he will take the med test there) and they continue to tell him that he has to bring the appendix C with him but there s nothing that they are going to give him back!!!i mean documents!!!
Mostly, another secretary also cited a APPENDIX D that doctor will give back with to my partner...and
one told me to bring 3 pictures while another one 6!!!what s the true!!1
2nd question.... if he takes the visit in Italy, we are automatically obliged to send the application in ROME VISA OFFICE or we can still choose Paris ? my boyfriend is italian citizen and resident in paris...i would like to choose rome because i was admitted there and i am emotionally attached to it (i know it sounds stupid ).
3rd: i m sorry to bother you guys and especially rjessome and ariell....but we are still confused about this common law and conjugal partner thing...
if for common law we only need to prove that we lived together for 12 months, even in 2 different locations, (paris and montreal) well it s ok....we have proofs for that...
but one question: what happen if I (the sponsor, the PR) lived more time abroad (france) than canada to stay with him? as you told me before, there s no immigration barrier for me to stay in europe. that is why i basically lived more time in Europe than him in Canada....I also opened a bank account in france (putting some money in it) and have a phone line...but i paid my taxes in canada as a normal citizens, and continued to be inscribed to my university...the only thing is that i never advised the embassy that i wanted my residency out because it was a not definitve period (i stayed 3 months, after 1 and right now other 2)so we have proofs to have lived together for 14 months (i counted) with proofs that lived together...and sacrifices...my only doubt concerns if my efforts to live abroad as a PR to be with him could be not viewed in a good way...the reason why we would like to be in canada is because i received really interesting job offer right now, living together and not to loose the 2 years mandatory terms for my residency....mostly because I wanted to become citizen one day....due to the fact that I share values of Canada and i love that country and you people....and I would like to have a life there together...
so rjessome, u told me taht conjugal partner was made for same *censored word* people, while common law for people who are different *censored word* people but not married...
what about common law couple for same *censored word*? i tjhink i have all the requirements...the only doubt is this fact to have lived together for 14 monthjs in 2 different locations (where he was allowed to).and considering marriage...we planned for next year...summer with all family and friends coming...and we dont want to show that we will do it before only for convenience...
a part that I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU A LOT ...really because you are incredibly helping me
