MEdical coverage for student's wife

I am going to college in BC shortly from the UK and the college has medical insurance which can be purchased for the first 3 months, the nI go on to normal BC medical insurance.

I can't find any info though for how my wife can get medical insurance for the first 3 months, anybody got any ideas ?  :?

Blue Cross has plans as to others.
