i will be landing in toronto on the 9th of april and was wonder if i can obtian medical cover for the first 3 months  after i land or will i have to get it here in uk before i land

thanks for your replies have now got insurance by post office that will cover my flight and medical cover or 5 days and i will get other cover after we landed thanks again martha marita and pmm
