Medical Certificate about to expire

Hi I have applied for skilled immigration in 2007, here in London, UK
They have asked for further documents in 2009, in Aug 2010 they have asked for Police clearance certificate, In Nov 2010, we had our medical examination, all went ok. In Oct 2011, They have asked for the police clearance certificate again as the validity for this is 3 months. We submitted the police clearance again with the cost to myself (despite it was fault in their fault for the delay) I am wondering are they going to delay my application to the point that we have to take medical exam again? Its expiring in November 2011 that means if everything is ok, we need to be in canada by November 2011. There is no way I can contact them directly, except e mails and writing leters which I have done to keep reminding that our medical certificate is expiring and therefore a quick decison is required. I have also made up my mind that if it is due to their incompetent, they ask me to take medical exam again, I will withdraw my examination. If thats the case, I am entitled to get most of the money that I have paid so far? isnt that the case?

Sorry Britishimmigrant , if you withdraw from the medical examination, if requested, you ain't gonna have a nickel back

They have not requested for re- medical exam yet, decision is still pending, I am just looking at all my options

Yes, I saw that, and that was why I used the line;''if requested''. And I also wrote, ''I pray you receive your PR before the expiration of your medicals''

I'm also a 2007 September applicant.... nothing to worry about.  I was called for a QA interview last month and my medicals are expiring in a couple of weeks.. nov end..... i was told that since I have passed my QA interview, will be getting my second MR in 2-3 weeks and hopefully visa call by Feb.   This is the last update that i received from the Visa officer who conducted my interview.  so awaiting my medical call.

"THIS IS THE CASE WITH ALMOST ALL 2007 APPLICANTS I GUESS"  its either QA interview or doc update request..... a process that never ends!!!

2nd Medical test in 2-3 weeks? does that mean you have to pay for ot again for the medical?

Yes Britishimmigrant. that goes without saying... if i have to redo my medicals ofcourse yes i have to pay for the same.  DMP will not do it free of cost.

so at what point should we stand up and complain about it or do something about it, they can keep asking me proving then police clearance certificate every 3 months and medical certificate every year..
