  Where do I need to go to in Winnipeg, MB to obtain my medican card???

It seems like you should have received a medical insurance form to fill out when you landed, and then they would mail the card to you after about 2 months.  But if you didn't get a form, here's the address:

You should look into applying for the Pharmacare program in Manitoba also. It is a separate application. It could be useful if you have a low income to start out with and need prescription meds.
