Medical being requested

Hi,

New York has said that they have requested my medical from Ottawa. My question is do they always look at the medical at the end? Or would they just rather have the report in my file? Just want to know how close to the end they are at....also do they do background checks for everyone?

hey there,
everyone has to go under the background check, concerning the medical, in my case there was several month between them receiving the medical and the passport request, some people relate the medical test with the desicion, but I wasn't able to do that
