Medical appointment.. Please help!!

Hello,

I am new to this forum.. Brief intro is that my mother is sponsored by my sister and my mother got the medical request. Please clarify the following:

1) I am non-migrating member, and still CIC is asking for my medicals. What if i do not undergo medicals??
2) as the contact details mentioned are for the DMPs', i am unable to reach the numbers. If any one could share the contact details for the appointment and brief procedure for the appointment here in Karachi, Pakistan...

1) If you do not have the medical, your mother could be declared inadmissible because they cannot confirm that you are not inadmissible.  In family sponsorships, the principal applicant (your mother) is affected by the admissibility of her dependents (you) whether you are accompanying or non-accompanying.

2) Ask in the Islamabad thread about contact details, they may be better able to help you.  The tests are fairly simple: a urine test, blood test, x-ray, answer some questions about your health history (including medications) and a general examination by the physician.
