And if someone can help me how can i provide or what to provide to prove that were in common law relationship. My partner is my employer. i work for his children from his ex common law partner then we start to develop our feelings and started to live together as a partner and until now im still holding work permit but due to some problem we have to apply for in land sponsorship as soon as possible. there is no proof that were living as common law except the  cohabitation agreement we signed in front of our lawyer from last year . please help me

For spousal applications, you must complete the medical before submitting the application. However since you're pregnant, I don't think you can complete the medical at this time (the medical includes x-rays). I think you'll have to wait until after you deliver the baby before you can complete the medical and submit the application for inland sponsorship.

I don't think the cohabitation agreement will be enough to prove you are common law. Hopefully those who have applied as common law will response with their advice.

RobsLuv -

I don't think the OP will be able to respond to your message (unless you provided her with your email address). She doesn't have 20 posts yet!
