1. yes you can make single draft.
2. simple cover note detailing passport numbers(of all the passports old and new) and draft number is good enough. put ref. to there letter as well and attach a photocopy of the letter.
3. Money is not and shouldn't be sole criteria of migrating to a place let alone Canada . there are other factors as well to consider i hope you get me .

3.IS IT WORTH GOING CANADA IF MY SALARY IS Rs 50000/+ IN INDIA? - This should have been answered by yourself BEFORE you applied. Not after you receive the medical forms.
However, I personally think that if you ask this question you should not go to Canada. The fact that you ask this question says that you have not clear picture of what are the benefits of living in Canada. Therefore there is a very high chance of having big problems after you arrive there.

Dear Rsingh, badhai ho aap ko, I'm also belonging the same NOC as you but the visa office is different than you. My e-CAS changed to 'in process' on 15 Feb but the inside details are same as RBVO until now. Could you please tell me when did you e-CAS changed to 'in process' and what was the details inside it? Wish you best of luck on the further process. Thank you in advance.

He will get confused when he gets into Canada and does not find a  job so soon, that he can earn that kind of salary. Also the fact he has to go back to do some bridge certification programs before looking for Job. So he should think deeply. There is a thread titled think deeply i request this member to read it very carefully.
