completed my medicals on 13th november, and week after sent documents to add my new born son to application, now waiting for buffalo to send the medical form for my newborn...

Hi Lee,
R u in Canada? I don't think so that you will get any medical form for the new born. One of my children was born in Canada and she has just turned one and we have not received anything for her. Anyway she has already got Canadian citizenship by birth.

Hi, Iam in US. he is US citizen. For canadian citizens there is no need for medical exam and they won't receive any medical forms. Thanks Lee. Hi Lee,

CIC BUFFALO SENT: 550.00 X 2 = 1100 dollars paid. Jun 20 2010 Cheque cashed Aug 18 2010 We started processing your application. Sep 22 2010 Medical Done at Houston. Sep 30 2010 Medical Sent From Houston ( Approximately as per doc) STATUS 11/30/2010 IN PROCESS - As per E-Case.  Looks like Iam a little ahead of you guys.
