Hey!
It's me one more. I'm starting to get really crazy. I have sent my application (sponsoring my common-law partner) as we lived in Switzerland. I've sent it to mississouga. Now we relocated to Vancouver BC. I'm looking for work and she's learning english as long as she isn't allowed to work.
Now, where do I have to re-send my application to? As we lived in Switzerland as we sent it the first time, all the medical documents are waiting in the office in Paris. And again I'm confused, and hoping this is taking an end someday  Huh

Nothing should change regarding the VO as the sponsored person's nationality won't have changed. Send to Mississauga - make sure all the information is up to date since you've moved.

You can still do the outland even when you are in Canada.
Just send everything to Mississauga again and like awor said, update the current address to your Vancouver address.

Ok.
I've allready updated the address online.
So I guess I have to wait once more until the application arrives.

Don't assume they will see the update online - make sure every form in the application has completely up to date/correct information.

If your application has already been submitted, all you have to do is notify CIC that your address (and that of your wife) has changed.  You do not have to submit a new application - her ap will still be processed through the embassy that represents her country of birth, even though she is visiting you in Canada.  Be aware that, if an interview is required, she will have to attend it at the embassy and she will need to be able to get her passport to the embassy when they request it so that PR can be finalized.  If she was admitted to Canada with status valid for one year you can request that her application be transferred to Buffalo to eliminate travel and the passport issue - otherwise, processing will continue at her home embassy.
