Pls help me to migrate to Canada

Hello dearest friends.

Im Dulshan 28 years old from Sri Lanka, I have worked for a shipping line for 4 years as a Account Executive, so i need to migrate to canada and i just new to this topic. pls can anyone tell me the ways to reach or steps for the migrating for my self , my wife and my 11 year kid.

as i dont have much qualification, several institution here in sri lanka reject my applications, so i will b really appriciate if anyone can assist me to find a way to migrate canada with my familly
