MBA confusion

Hi All,
I am confused with my MBA mark list. no where it is mentioned tht it is a 2 yr fulltime course. my final certificate also says i hve completed the course in so and so yr. no mention tht its a 2 yr full time courese. i hve other wise completed 10 + 2 + 3 + 2.
Shouls i request to the universtiy to provide me a leter stating tht i hve done a 2 yr full time course. Or should i jst go ahead and submit the documents.
will i get the maximum 25 points or will i jst get 22 points. pls suggest..

1- Its better to get a letter from your university, which shows the duration of your degree. ( I did the same)
2- You will get 25 points! Inshallah.

go ahead immediately and submit your papers before the cap is reached. The CIO will verify the authenticity and details of the degree with your university. You can, once you submit your papers, to get that additional letter and submit it once you recieve it.
don't waste time, and since you have total of 17 years of education with master degree, you will get 25 points.

Btw: what was your bachelor and is it 3 year degree?

yes,
my education details are as follows.
10 + 2 + BSc fr 3 yrs + MBA - 2 years from Bharathiar university.
Now i hve got transcript for 3 yrs BSc as well as for MBA. But unfortunately, in my MBA certificate no where it is mentioned tht its a 2 yr full time course. the certificate jst says tht the course was completed in so and so yr. No mention of the duration of the course or the semesters. its jst this certificate tht thye hve attested as my transcript..
i hve got the TC from my college. it jst says the date of joining in college and date of leaving from college.
My consultant suggested as a precautionary measure to get a certificate from the university..

My situation was like you & I was adding one letter from university that mentioned my MBA was regular & 2 years. I have completed 10+2+3+2. I received PER on March-2011, my NOC is 4251. Hopefully you will get 25 points from education. Best of luck.

Ya I got your point. It depends on your NOC and state of its cap limit. If you see that the cap if far from reaching the 500 applicants and you can get that letter in few days, then go get it, otherwise you act promptly.

thanks for feedback.. my NOC is 0811..
over and abve the MBA i hve a diploma of 6 months .. which is an on the job diploma training me for the job tht i do.. my consultant suggested tht 6 months on te job diploma will not be considered for any point calculation and as the category might notget filled soon to try my luck at the university..

other wise my scores are as follows:
expereince - 10 yrs
age - 35
qualification MBA + Diploma - Diploma will not b added
IELTS - L - 7.5
R - 9
Sp - 7
W - 7

If you check this link for your NOC cap, it seems you have sometime as only 8 apps were recieved by 22nd August. You get some time.

Dear Moonshinemist,

There is no need to waste ur time (if it takes long) asking ur university for the letter, coz u have got the transcripts and VO will ask for it later if they feel it necessary.

BTW i dont think its a tough task to get a letter from our universities, as we have been their students. If you dont think it will take long, submit it with the application ( to avoid any confusion in the future), but stay focused on ur NOC, it might not reach its cap as dear Mezo said.

Unfortunately they hve jst attested my consolidated marklist and the final mba degree certificate. put tht in an envelope as my transcript..
so no mention of yrs of study...
