So heard from my lawyer again today - he got a letter from CIC asking me to do my medicals, after I received AOR electronically last week.  This is great news, however I leave the country for vacation in two weeks and will need to wait until i get back!

It is interesting though, as they cashed the bank draft on August 4th, however, i didn't receive my file number until February 2nd.  But he said the request for medicals are a good sign as they tend to pre approve PGWP applicants and don't issue a medical unless they have a positive decision.  So here's to me not having cancer or anythign else what would make me medically inadmissible.  Smiley

Jsa -

I'd love to!  But my flight to Hawaii leaves tomorrow morning at 7 am and then I'm gone until the 29th Sad  I tried to get in to see a doctor today but nowhere in Toronto had openings.  I was able to make an appointment for March 1st in the morning - then I will meet with my lawyer who will scan the receipt to show CIC I did it.  It was the worst worst worst timing ever, but what can you do?

Thanks for the blessings - its nice when things start to move!

My application was received in May 2011 and just recently it shows "in process" and says it has started processing on March 7, 2012.

Can any one give me an opinion on where this is going?
