I am still awaiting email reply from CIC and my documents back, i just realized that the passport of my 2 kids has expired last 29 June 2011.  I am here in Abu Dhabi and my kids are in Philippines.  When I tried renewing it last May I was given schedule which is after more than 2 months. Obviously I am not there anymore by that time and at least 1 parent is required for passport renewal. Alternatively, we can issue SPA from here.  I wonder if I can reapply and use expires passport of my kids?

I am not sure that you can. As you do have to enter details of Passports in the forums. And also have to provide copies of the passports. Try getting em on URGENT basis, within a week or two.

At once,I remember about one thing. My wife's passport expired on 24 July. While I want to send documents,I do not notice to this subject because the time was very limit(I thought the list will be change). In your opinion, may CIO rejected my application because of this?what can I do now?please guide me.

I have no idea. BUT I guess they will ask for a new passport. At least get the new one made as soon as possible. And as soon as you get PER, then RBVO send the copy of it and a cover letter to your Visa Office.

I heard that the more number of supporting documents we submit, the more it delays our process in getting PER, Any Idea?....Ganesh

THANKS   Dear mandiebraxton, brav21, ganeshterala, Yehia82, appreciate it.

Yeah mandie pretty relieved, as it was taking a long time for a response, and gets on your nerves. Anyways First step at least done, though many to come. This forum and your spreadsheet has kept me sane Smiley

Yehia82, nothing special, just a clear message, Almost similar to give here on Wayne (cappuccino's) Blog:
