For your CC payment , you should inform your bank about international transiction as sometimes bank deny international CC payments. It was better to pay by BD ,why did you not  optioned that ?

its water under the bridge as that time everything was rushed and that the easiest option i have. i got many international payments done with my card because i only work here in uae and goes home 2-3x a year hence actively use my card for international payment. anyway, i am still waiting - be it negative or positive - so that i can proceed to the next step.

There is a LAG between the Actual CAP and it being updated online. Keep that in mind as well.

Like I said, contact CIO as its been more than 6 weeks and you will have a clear view.
I am waiting next week, and then I will send an email as well, to clarify things regarding the status.

Only to know that if I am in cap or not as my application recieved on 16th May , i sent an email to CIO on 7th july 2011, still waiting for their reply .

i sent my application and received by the cio on 25 feb 2011
they encashed my cc on 2 march 2011
up to first of july 2011 i got neither e mail nor mail from cio about my status
i became worry and according to the advice of some friends on forum i sent to them eguiry
the cio replied  by giving me application number E0000 then 5 numbers
and stated that my application is awaiting review by an officer
just right now i used this application number as file number on cio electronic site to check my status unhopfully
the surprise that i found that they sent to me a letter on 31 march 2011 of course i received no thing from them
and my status indicate that the eligability review is complete

i am confused
is the application number is my file number???
does this mean that i got my file number??
is the file number means PER or still not may status awaiting PER OR NER???
WHY they said my application waiting review by officer (they mean cio officer or visa office officer)?
really i am cnfused??

can any body explain to me?

No dr.anmol your info is wrong.

IELTS duplicate IS NOT ISSUED as per IELTS organization rules. This is 100% CONFIRMED.

As reading on this forum, you probably get back the documents if you are refused etc. I will advice the poster to start a new thread, SO someone who has had their application returned can confirm/guide as per their experience.

Your diagnosis is wrong. My treatment is fine and will benifit the needy.  
Some of the applicants got their duplicate IELTS Transcripts and applied again .

YES, THIS IS YOUR FILE NUMBER .
YOU CAN CHECK YOUR STATUS ONLINE
some times online status is incorrect so you should give an email to cio by giving the reference of your application number to know the current .

Donot listen others .
No one here has 100% knowledge about their processing.
So, I suggest you to compose an email to CIO.
They will give you the proper information about your case .
As you said they issued you a letter on 31st March according to ONLINE STATUS.
What is in that letter only cio people can tell you .So you should contact them without any delay .
Rest will be fine .

Hiii guys
We can get a copy of IELTS. Here in Australia they charge $20 for the copy. Guys think in case you loose the original, which can happen in case of any normal human being. Is there any point that we write the IELTS again to get the TRF ??. So the fact is that we can get a copy and thats 1000 % sure.

                there were two points mentioned in the letter from cic.

1, cap reached
2, no arranged employment

my agent explained to me that cic might have returned it since cap reached.
 they can even consider application if i have arranged employment. then they found that there is no arranged employment.
so i was mistaken in my earlier statement.

hope you all understood my clarification

i also sent my application again on 9th july thru DHL courier
