@ Najeebkhan84 Sounds strange as i have never heard something of the sort happening with anyone here atleast. You got some of your original docs back anyhow  . Which country you have applied from and are you holding a dual nationality !! "original nikkah nama and BD is requirement of LOndon visa office" , yes but only for Pakistani applicants.They have sent you both original marriage cert and its english translation or just the original nikkah nama which is in urdu and kept the english trans (original)!! Did you send them birth cert for your kids in original ?? I think they never asked for it, but asked for original birth cert for yourself and your spouse ! Let me know when you receive your PER as our timelines are pretty close, my app reached there on 30th May. |

Im from Pakistan , my visa office is london , i got my Orignal nikkahnama and Birth certificate of my wife and mine i got this letter from CIO, they said, Dear Sir/Madam This letter refers to recent documents sent to our office regarding your application for permanent residences in canada in the Federal Skilled Worker Class. As a copy Already exits on file,please keep this originals for your record. Should you require additional information/clarification please contact to nearest Visa office. We trust that this information is helpful.Thank you for your interest in Canada MR Immigration Section Case Processing Center Sydney,NS |

It is almost 25 days now ever since my app was received at CIO, no news yet. Bank not telling me anything about the draft.Can someone here help me in knowing whether my draft has been encashed, its from NCB, riyadh.

Hasni the time frame should be similar, give and take few days. Though if you dont hear anything till 6weeks you can always call or email em for information. Hmm weired why your Bank is not giving you any info. I guess customer service sucks in some Banks. Try writing an email to your Bank, may be someone with some brains might respond. Otherwise you can always call / email CIO after 6 weeks. |
