I believe that all medical request are sent via snail mail since there is a form that needs to be fill in by the Doctor.Form which has the applicant's details & the original picture stamp by the visa office.

I hope you get yours soon.

Today I received a message from the emassy of canada in Syria .... I would like t read your complements on it plz :

BEIRUT  ( this is the previous adress I already changed why they are still using it


This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Please return this letter with the requested documents:

 

-          Provide an updated Birth certificate for yourself. Already sent

-          Provide you marriage certificate. Sent copy , do the need original ?

-          Completed and updated Supplementary information Form for your spouse

-          Proof of your military service exemption.

-          For your relative in Canada: Proof of relationship to your sister, provide identity documents, civil status and family lists which clearly establish the family relationship between you and your sister in Canada Already sent documents for prove what exctly they might need

-          Provide copies of the renewed Passport for your daughter.

-          Please submit a written statement indicating your activities and address in the periods from July 2006 to June 2008 and from June 2009 to November 2009. Sent as unemployed what they need to know more

-          Detailed statement of your work history since November 2009 till present time.sent details before

-          Please explain the reasons for living separately from your spouse. Will your spouse be taking her medical exams in Ukraine?

Please be notified that if you do not comply with this request within 60 days of the date of this letter, your application for permanent residence in Canada will be assessed on the basis of the information already before the officer.  Failure to provide the requested documents could result in the refusal of your application.

Plz provide me with complements so to know what to do

U have to provide them with all d docs requested by them.
there is no other choice.

Not all the time, I recently enquired about this from my VO and they said:
"Hello,
 
In response to your question, for our new cases, medicals are normally sent by e-mail. However, you have not been issued medical instructions yet.
 
Thank you"

Wow then it's better if medical request can be sent via email.Because snail mail is so slow. by the time you receieved the letter via snail mail, you already lost 2-3 weeks from the date of their letter. goodluck mandie.

How long did it take for your VO to respond to your querry, and did'nt they tell you the stage at which your application is at the moment ! Can i also know about status of my application sending email to my VO (london), pls share the email  address if someone knows, thanks

Hi Hasni,
It took them 3 days to respond, anf no they wont tell me the status of my application. they only gave me a generic response 'your applicstion is in que for a review'

i always get responce frm london vo for my enquiry within 7 days.
in last email they i requested to add newborn son and they change my status to inprocess and told me that they will issue me medical request on reciept n review of documents of my son.
Inshallah I will recieve medical soon and by email.
