Congrats OJ. You were  real fast. Only 5 months!!! probably you were a record.

@  Logical &  @  Faith:  Thank you! It was indeed very fast and I really couldn't believe it... Probably my papers were just in the right queue at the right time! By the way, is there a prize for the record holder? Tongue

Goodluck to the both of you!

Dear OJ,

Many congratulations and best of luck ahead. you have really set the record.I have few questions for you:
1.Decision made necessarily means its positiove ??
I believe so. From what 've read in many threads, DM after medicals is a surefire visa.
2.Anyone from VO called at your work place/ bank for any verification !!
I have no idea. I didn't bother to check with my employers (present & previous) as well as my depository bank about it.
3.You are 7216, are you over / under qualified for the mentioned job description or your qualifications / experience match exactly.
I believe my qualifications for NOC 7216 suits almost 95% of CIC requirements.
4. What was your point score, was it exactly 67 or little above or well above
The real thing, that I do not know. But based on my theoretical computation, it's 71.
5. What was your ielts band
Overall, it's 7.5. I got 1 - 8.0, 2 - 7.5 and 1 - 7.0
6.Did you provide the job reference letter exactly, the way it is asked in the guide,ie mentioning salary as well, and did you attach the business card also for your immediate boss.
Yes, being the important requirements I did provided those information including the number of hours worked, company benefits (aside from salaries), profile of the company, etc.
Thank you for the wishes Hasni! Pls see my replies, in blue font.

My status now is DECISION MADE! I'm sooooo happie!!! Cheesy  Smiley  Cheesy   God is good, all the time!
I wish everyone in the tracking sheet will make a headway as well.

Please note that my address in Ecas did not disappear when it changed from In-process to DM. It seems there is no correlation after all on the missing address and change in status.

Goodluck to all!

When are you planning to land OJ?
Logical,
We would like the preparations and planning that we are doing now to fall first into proper places before we decide when. My children are dreaming of a white Christmas, but that remains to be seen...

HI Lucky OJ

You said your IELTS overall score is 7.5, is that correct?

What are the extra points you've got?
Do you have points for the below?
1.   Master's deg. For  you and your spouse?
2.   Studied or worked in canada?
3.   Relatives?
4.   Employment offer in Canada?
