Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) is sent by the visa office ant 1-2 months after RBVO status. Not very VO does this though. Check the tracker for timeline...Mandie

my online status shows RBVO. I don't know when the status changed. I did not get an email about it.
BTW, is there a different (faster) timeline for processing applications by the VO if you have already been working in Canada for the past year or more?

it's not 2nd AOR. 2nd AOR is just "Acknowledgement of receipt" which confirms that your application package has been received by VO. it's nothing important and not all VO send 2nd AOR to applicants. what you got is a request for submitting additional docs, in your case it is birth certificates. Submit it ASAP, to get a faster processing regards, Dr.Hasib |
