Today Ecas started showing my address as well,

Client Application Status says,
We received your application for permanent residence on May 26, 2011.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
I dont know why didnt they send an e-mail? Anyway waiting for everything to be cleared in the best manner!

if hundreds of people doing something, it doesn't mean it is good to do, I trust CIC website, as CIC says :Keep your identification number(s) confidential to make sure that others cannot view your application status."  why should I give my personal data to a website that is not certified by CIC !!
CIC is committed to respecting the personal privacy of individuals who visit their Web site. All personal information we provide is protected under the Government of Canada Federal Privacy Act.

so be informed about the security of your Personal data that is being kept to the right organisation, that's my understanding of Privacy....you may say I am wrong but you are responsible for yourself.
 

The web site is not "fraud", where is your proof of this?
Many people in these fora have used the tracker with no problem at all (I am included in the many satisfied users).

Matthew, who wrote the tracker is not hiding his identity at all, why would someone be so visible if he was intent on defrauding people.
The site has been used by hundreds of people and has been there for years. Don't you think if there was a problem it would be reported all over the immigration forums?

Everyone can make a personal choice, nobody is forced to use the tracker.
Please make your own choice, I did and was very happy with the free service.

Keeping your Personal Information private is very important. When you apply for CAIPS notes etc, everything is exposed to the the person who get it. So its always good and wise to have a safe approach.

I am frustrated now.
I have received NER  (. My preassessment by lawyer is :
Language: 16
Education: 25
Experience: 21
Age: 10
They said I have two options: 1) To appeal; 2) To apply under 1122.
The second option seems to be difficult now as i need to retake IELTS test which will be scheduled only on 13 Aug and got results by 30 Aug, so ASAP, my file could only be ready around 1st week of Sept which seems that this NOC will reach CAP.

What should I do? Any one know about the first option, please share with me. THank you

Hi.....I'm beginning to think that we have been skipped.....myself, Dhadi and mistcn..... .given that hasni, kg_bang and Murtazah have received their PERs
But I'm hopeful....maybe its just a little delay in their system, and things will eventually work out...If it was like 2 months ago, I might probably have terrible insomnia with worry right now, but I guess I'm used to waiting now.
Guys, looking at the July 1 2011 set, it seems the caps are not filling as fast as we thought....and it seems they have some additional forms to fill now...

Why did you get NER ??. You look preety full on with the points. Why you have to take IELTS again, is it over 2 years old ?.

Dear ekundapsy, i hope and wish that u get ur PERs soon,
Otherwise what i ve concluded is, CIO puts the files aside if they feel any confusion in processing it, i.e. any confusion of points calculation, or any important information missing in ur documents.
Yesterday when i called CIO, they told me that they are now finalizing these pending files and are currently working on files received on 04-May.

Lets hope for the best!

Dear 3883, am very sorry to know about ur NER.
To appeal, we can say is a good option, depends upon ur circumstances....
Would you please explain, what was the reason stated in that NER Email?

   @   3883, so sorry to heart this.. on what basis were you given NER? You have the max IELTS score so why do u want to do it again as it is valid for 2 hrs? I see u applied under NOC 4152, and u now want to apply under 1122, the fastest filling NOC. We are unable to comment without more info as to why the NER. I am particularly interested in the shift to a new NOC....Mandie

 This looks more like a PER, maybe somehow you missed the PER e-mail or probably you will be getting some communication from CIO next week.

if you see ER complete it DOSE NOT MEAN PER neither NER,if you have provided email address you will be notified about eligibility review only and only by email .....and If you did not receive any email, it means you did not receive the email...it doesn't mean that you missed it,

Your reply is quite healing, and the lady on CIO phone has told me that, i will have to wait for 3 weeks to get an answer from CIO, So am waiting.
