Wish U a smooooooooooooooooooooooooooooth processing on-wards. Dear Mandie, as i mentioned earlier, yesterday the lady on telephone told me that, my application has not been reviewed yet. Today i received an email in response of my emial, from CIO saying.... Good Afternoon,
RE: APPLICATION # E*********
Be advised your application is currently awaiting review by an Officer. You will be contacted in due course.

JTMean while when i checked my ECAS using my application no., it tells another story.... We received your application for permanent residence on May 26, 2011.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.You can imagine my reaction upon these contradictions. Even if its an NER, why didnt they send me an email for it. Do you people know any forum members who got their NER by post. First of all, had I not read about the experiences of others like bistolfi49, I would have been tempted to say this is a sign of bad news. If it is NER, they will send you an e-mail pretty much the same way they send PER. What is written in your e-cas is the same thing those with PER have so I will suggest you you contact CIO again by phone this time (bcos you have file number and more info on ur application) and tell them about the contradictions between the e-mail and ecas. Better still you could drop them a mail.....Wish you the very best! Mandie |

Bundle of thanks Bistolfi, I have gone through all these posts, and what i concluded is...... The Ecas gives erroneous statements sometimes, and there might be some complications in my case, so the file is pending yet,as there email stats "Pending Review". There was no such problem in points though... age=10 Language=16 Experience=21 Education=20 Lets just hope for the best. Nashe.. |
