Trying Islamabad is to no vail because they dont have my application.

CHC Islamabad is the ONLY High Commission who has your application because CIO transferred there.

And what about those who are claiming that cases are transfered to CHC-Eng from CHc-Isb?

Applicant who are notified by CIO to submit their full application to CHC Islamabad must submit their application to Islamabad and not to London. This is because upon approval CIO sends file electronically to concerned visa office and also the paper application is submitted to that visa office within few weeks.

As your file is transferred to Islamabad, you cannot ask London whether they are working on your file.

The question whether files are transferred from Islamabad to London is an internal matter of two offices and applicants should not take this responsiblity on their own.

Dooriyan now you have two options and both are beyond your control:

CHC London will send a letter to Islamabad to transfer this application and perhaps this is the most appropriate solution. OR

CHC London will return your application to you.

I would advise all the forum members that do not take this forum,s comments as final words.

Hi all,

I have just been informed by my Credit Card company that CIO tried to debit my account on May 12, 2010 but due to blockage of my credit card they failed. I have not received any email from CIO yet.

Please advise me what to do?

I have confirmed it. My case is in Chc-eng. But due to not working on it and also as my case is not yet recieved at their electronic update department so i have to waite for next week. Then if i have any query then i will have to e-mail them again for any Updation.

Its not very normal i would say,,, its almost 8 months that you have submitted full documents and sofar no contact or confirmation that they received your documents, what exectly does it says when you check your ecas online, plz write step by step

HI All,

please pray yaar i am expecting my IELTS results on Saturday and i will be filling my documents on Sunday Inshallah, and hope fully on monday morning i will be sending the Application to CIO intake office.

Any precautions, and special advise, and any thing new,

also can we send the application on Sunday some how ?

Here is a piece of advice:

Before sending your papers please confirm that you have the latest forms. One of my friends has received his papers back because one of the forms was not the updated one. It is not easy to find out the version of the form from the forms download page. Download all the forms and read the version on the left bottom of each form and match with your hard copy.

clearly they have not started work on your file yet, you need to send them case specific inquiry, thats the best i can suggest

CIO received my application on March 16, 2010 but still no news and they have not yet debited by Credit Card.

What do you people suggest, should I send them email?

do nothing except wait .you should wait for atleast one month more, and check ur e-mails regularly, hoping u will get positive reply soon.

Now it is better you write a letter to CHC England explaining all facts and send by post add copies of your first AOR from Nova Scotia 2- Copy of e-mail recived by you 3- Copy of tracking result
Do'nt worry you will recive positive responce

Normally CIC send letter giving 30 days to resend the payment form. It is better you send a draft including a letter explaining the situation.
